Artoni OnLine

This area can only be accessed by customers in possession of the password issued by Artoni. The Artoni OnLine service can be accessed from the home page of our website and allows you to handle your shipments efficiently using our technological solutions.

You can:

  • ask for for your goods to be picked up
  • check the progress of your shipments in a fast and simple way
  • know shipments cost prior to invoicing
  • examine the waybill signed by the consignee (POD – Proof Of Delivery)
  • there are also various administrative, business and job archives that can be consulted and downloaded
  • update your company’s details on your own
  • access various types of statistics
  • download information about your shipments.

Artoni OnLine is supported by: Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or a newer version (we recommend 8 or a newer version); Mozilla Firefox 7.0 or a newer version; Google Chrome 12.0 or a newer version; Apple Safari 5.1; Acrobat Reader 7.0 or a newer version.

Artoni Edi

The Artoni Edi service (electronic data interchange) allows you to exchange data between Artoni’s information system and yours. This means that you can anticipate freight departures, reduce the risk of errors and keep your shipments under close control right from the time the goods are picked up. You can perform the following operations with Artoni Edi:

  • send shipment files to Artoni for automated billing
  • send shipment files to Artoni and receive files for printing packing labels on your premises

By entering a number provided by Artoni, you can display the shipment’s progress and find out its exact position.

E-Billing

The e-billing service is available to all Artoni customers free of charge.

By signing up for the e-billing service, you’ll receive your invoice promptly and quickly in the soft copy format to the email address you indicate.

The invoice is sent in a secure electronic format (PDF), so you’ll be able to create a convenient computer archive and save both paper and time when searching for documents. Besides invoices, you can also receive credit notes at the same email address.
