Which documents do I need for a shipment?

Shipments must be accompanied by a transport document issued by the sender. This document must contain at least the following information:

• Sender’s name and address

• Consignee’s name and address

• Weight of entire shipment in kg

• Who pays the transport expenses: Carriage Free (the transport costs are at the sender’s charge) or Carriage Forward (the transport costs are at the consignee’s charge)

• The C.O.D. amount (Additional Services – Italy) to be paid upon delivery (if applicable)

• Any additional services required (Additional Services – Italy)
